Official Auction Bidding Terms & Conditions

1. Reserve Price

This auction has a confidential reserve price, which is the minimum amount Bald Eagle Barns will accept for the building. The reserve amount will not be publicly disclosed. If the highest eligible bid does not meet the reserve, Bald Eagle Barns is not obligated to sell the building.

2. Live Competitive Bidding

This is a live online competitive auction. Eligible bidders may place competing bids until the auction closes. The auction platform displays the current highest bid and the next minimum required bid.

All bids must satisfy the required bidding increment. A submitted bid may be exceeded by another eligible bidder before the auction ends.

3. Auction Closing Time

The auction closes at the date and time displayed by the official auction countdown. All stated times are Central Time.

Bids submitted after the auction system has officially closed will not be accepted.

4. Winning Bidder

The highest eligible bidder whose bid meets or exceeds the confidential reserve price will be identified as the winning bidder, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms.

The winning bidder will receive notification through the auction system or from Bald Eagle Barns with instructions for completing the purchase.

An auction notification does not constitute confirmation of payment or a completed purchase.

5. Five-Business-Day Purchase Window

The winning bidder must complete the required WooCommerce checkout and payment process within five business days of receiving notification, unless a different deadline is provided in writing by Bald Eagle Barns.

If the winning bidder fails to complete the purchase within the required timeframe, Bald Eagle Barns may cancel the unpaid order and, where legally permitted, offer the building to the next eligible bidder or close the auction without a sale.

6. Secure Checkout and Payment

All winning auction purchases will be processed through the official Bald Eagle Barns website using WooCommerce’s secure checkout system.

Once the winning bid has been verified, the winning bidder will be directed to complete their purchase through the designated auction product checkout.

• The final winning bid will determine the building’s purchase price.
• Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Payments will be submitted using the payment methods available through the secure website checkout.
• Payment information will be processed through the website’s configured payment provider.
• Applicable sales tax and any disclosed additional delivery or site-related charges are separate from the winning bid.
• An order is considered paid only after the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Bald Eagle Barns will not request payment card information through social media messages, email, or the auction bidding form.

The previous 10% deposit requirement is replaced by payment of the amount due at checkout. Any partial-payment arrangement must be expressly offered and confirmed by Bald Eagle Barns before purchase.

7. Cash Purchase Only — No Financing or Rent-to-Own

Winning auction bids are for direct purchases only.

Rent-to-own agreements and financing are not available at the winning auction price. Buyers must complete payment according to the payment requirements presented at checkout.

8. Bidder Eligibility

New and existing Bald Eagle Barns customers are welcome to participate.

Bald Eagle Barns, LLC employees, members, participating dealers, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to bid.

9. Bidder Information and Verification

Bidders must provide accurate registration, contact, and billing information.

Bald Eagle Barns may request reasonable additional verification before confirming a winning bid or fulfilling an order.

Fraudulent bids, false information, unauthorized bidding, or attempts to manipulate auction pricing may result in disqualification or cancellation of an affected order, subject to applicable law.

10. Building Inspection and Condition

Bidders are encouraged to review all available photographs, specifications, upgrades, and descriptions before bidding.

Customers may contact Bald Eagle Barns to arrange an inspection of the building before the auction closes.

The building is sold in its disclosed condition, subject to applicable written warranties and any express representations included in the final purchase agreement.

11. Delivery and Setup

Free standard delivery and setup are available within 50 miles of an eligible Bald Eagle Barns dealer, subject to site accessibility and standard delivery requirements.

Additional mileage, site preparation, special equipment, or extraordinary delivery conditions may result in additional charges.

Any additional charges will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Delivery will be coordinated after payment has been successfully received and verified.

12. Tied Bids and Auction Records

All bids are recorded electronically by the auction platform.

If identical qualifying bids are accepted, the earliest valid bid recorded by the system will receive priority, subject to the platform’s bidding rules.

13. Auction Integrity and Technical Issues

Bald Eagle Barns reserves the right to review and disqualify fraudulent, erroneous, or unauthorized bids.

If a material technical issue affects auction fairness or operation, Bald Eagle Barns may suspend, extend, or cancel the affected auction as permitted by applicable law.

Affected bidders will be notified of material changes.

14. Changes or Cancellation

Bald Eagle Barns may modify or cancel the auction before bidding begins.

After bidding has started, changes will be limited to circumstances permitted by applicable law and these published terms, including fraud, material errors, or technical failures.

Any material changes affecting participating bidders will be communicated appropriately.

15. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a bid, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these Official Auction Bidding Terms & Conditions.

A winning bid is subject to the confidential reserve price, bidder eligibility verification, and successful completion of the required WooCommerce checkout and payment process.

Bald Eagle Barns reserves all rights available under applicable law.

2. Place Your Bid: Review the current bid, minimum required bid, and live countdown. Submit your bid before the auction closes.
3. Win the Auction: If you are the highest eligible bidder and your bid meets the reserve price, you will receive notification and purchase instructions.
4. Complete Secure Checkout: Follow the link to your winning auction order and complete payment directly through Bald Eagle Barns’ secure WooCommerce checkout using the available payment options.
5. Schedule Delivery: After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and setup.

All auction purchases are final once accepted and completed, subject to applicable law and the terms of the final purchase agreement.
