The Express Side Lofted Barn is our mid-grade portable storage barn. It provides many of the features and benefits of a wooden building while being designed and built in a much more cost effective way.
This lofted barn shed, while much like the high barn shed, boasts its own style and design. With this barn shed, you can get the door on the side; plus, the windows come with the shed! You can also enjoy two different loft spaces because of the high-roof barn style. We know you only have items you break out every so often. Now, you can place them up high and out of sight until the perfect time you need them. We deliver our Side Lofted Barns ourselves! We offer free delivery within 50 miles of your nearest dealer. We deliver to all of Arkansas, so check with us upon purchase to find out the cost! Unlike the Diamond Series, the Express buildings do not include concrete blocks. You are able to provide your own or ask about adding them to your purchase.
Our Express Side Lofted Barn shed uses 2×6 floor joists which give you optimal strength to store everything you need. You also get the ⅝” tongue and groove LP ProStruct flooring, which provides that strong foundation and even stronger surface.
Rest assured that your shed will look great for years with the classic LP siding. The zinc borate that coats the outside of the side lofted barn shed will make it resistant to termites and other wood-eating insects. This 50-year siding should show you exactly how much we believe in the siding of this shed.
Your walls will be perfectly straight with the double top plate, which helps with the roof weight load as well. The beams will also come together with a steel truss gusset at the roof. This provides increased stability and tightens the roof joists. 2×4 wall joists are 16” on center for straight and strong lofted barn shed walls.
Our lofted sheds are constructed in compliance with the coding and regulations of Arkansas. Additionally, we provide peace of mind regarding the safety of your structure and its contents through the inclusion of an insulated fiberglass door equipped with keys.
