Chicken Coop Deluxe Shed Interiors

Flooring

We use 2 pressure-treated skids that sit under water-resistant flooring. That gives this garden shed a stable and sturdier flooring system. Not to mention the floor joists are resistant to rot damage and termites. Our flooring joists are 2×6 treated lumber spaced 16’’ on the center and are built to be rat and snake-proof.

Walls

For the walls, we use 2×4 lumber spaced 16’’ in the center. This gives you the best & sturdiest wall over a regular 24’’ on-center setup. Chicken Coop Deluxe walls are designed to last.

Safety

This Chicken Coop Deluxe shed is built following the Arkansas construction code and regulations. Designed top stop Coyote’s. The roof of this garden shed is made with premium 40-year metal roofing, and you have the full option of designing or customizing this shed to your specifications.

Siding

This Chicken Coop Deluxe shed uses LP smart siding with 50 years of guaranteed warranty. The siding we use helps prevent termites, fungus, and rot from taking over your shed. After we have installed the siding, we finish it by caulking the nail holes for that aesthetic look.

Just got my 10×20 Quaker delivered an hour earlier than expected to my great surprise and delight and also set to spec, all in less than a hour and a half.
Luke, the delivery and set up tech was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all personable.

We ordered a building from them and my in-laws did as well, in-laws requested a building that could be delivered THAT DAY because we planned poorly and didn’t have anywhere to store our property while we waited on ours to be built. Originally they had told us that day wouldn’t happen, but while my in-laws were filling out paperwork they got a call back and were able to barely get them squeezed in for delivery. Then at delivery, the attention to detail was outstanding. We had our ideas and the delivery driver pointed out a couple of things we didn’t consider. NOTE: This was a tight spot to maneuver the building into. He made the adjustments and readjusted a second time for our wants.
