Bidding Terms

Reserve price: This building has a reserve price, which is the minimum amount Bald Eagle Barns will accept. If no qualifying bid meets the reserve, the building will not be sold through this offer.

Cash purchase only: Financing and rent-to-own are not available for the accepted bid. Applicable sales tax and any disclosed delivery charges are additional.

Five-business-day response window: Once notified that your bid has been accepted, you have five business days to respond and confirm your decision to purchase. If you do not respond within that period, Bald Eagle Barns may offer the building to the next qualifying bidder.

Deposit and final payment: A deposit of 10% is due when you confirm your decision to purchase. The deposit will be applied toward the purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid within before delivery can be completed/on delivery.

Eligibility: Existing and NEW customers welcome to participate. Bald Eagle Barns, LLC members, employees, dealers, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

Tied bids: If eligible bidders submit the same highest qualifying amount, the earliest recorded submission takes priority.

Inspection: Review the photos and description carefully. Contact the dealer with any questions before submitting your bid.

Delivery: Free delivery is available within 50 miles of a Bald Eagle Barns dealer. Any additional delivery or site-related charges will be need to be discussed before you confirm your purchase.

Changes to this offer: Bald Eagle Barns reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time before a purchase agreement is signed. Changes will be posted on this page. Changes affecting submitted bids will be communicated to those bidders before they are asked to proceed.
