10×12 Side Lofted Barn – Used

This 10×12 Side Lofted Barn is a Bald Eagle Barns portable building built in Cave City, Arkansas. This building has White siding, Black trim, and a Coal Black roof.

The Side Lofted Barn gives you a barn-style layout with added overhead storage potential, making it useful for customers who need more room without taking up extra yard space.

This used repo High Barn is in used condition with visible wear inside and outside.

The exterior has white siding, black trim, and a black metal roof. The siding has dirt, staining, and green mildew/algae buildup, especially around the lower front panels, door area, and lower side panels. The front door is dirty and stained. The roof has dirt and streaking, with buildup along parts of the roof edge. Several exterior screws and trim areas show normal wear from previous use and moving.

The windows are intact, but the screens are dirty and one screen has a loose/torn section near the lower corner. Window frames and sills have dirt and debris buildup.

The interior is unfinished with exposed framing and radiant barrier lining on the walls and roof. The framing is intact. The inside has dirt and debris in corners and around the windows. The floor has normal used-building dirt and marks from previous use. The building has a slight smell. But its more of a dirt smell mixed with the construction materials(Smells new still) so a little elbow grease and some cleaning should help.  A perfect garden cabin!

This building includes a large front door, windows, radiant barrier lining, and an exterior motion/security light. It is a used repo building, so it is sold as-is. It needs cleaning, especially the siding, door, windows, screens, and interior corners, but it is still usable for storage, tools, equipment, or workshop space.
