Getting started is very simple. For the initial payment we simply collect the first month's payment plus a security deposit. The security deposit amount is based on the size of the building.
8' and 10' wide buildings are $100,
12' wide buildings are $200,
14' wide buildings are $400,
16' wide buildings are $800.
The security deposit is refunded to you at the time of payoff or credited towards payoff if you so choose. The only time this security deposit is not refunded, is if the building gets picked up.
We will then deliver your building to your site and set it up level and solid for you! You will receive a statement by mail or email, (your choice) each month. All payments are due the first (1st) day of each month. They are not late unless received in our Cave City office after the tenth (10th) of the month. For your convenience, you have several choices on how you can pay your bill. You can pay in person at our Cave City office; you can pay through the mail; you can pay over the phone using your credit or debit card; or you can pay online. You even have the option of auto-debit if you prefer.
You can own your building within 36 months! However, you are not required to keep your building. In fact, if at any time throughout the rental period the building becomes a financial burden to you, just call us and we will arrange to have the building picked up and your credit will remain unaffected.

What is it:
If you are interested in a lower monthly payment and you have good credit, you may want to check out our bank finance option. We work with a local bank program called Dealer Direct to bring you this financing option. This is different from Rent to Own. This program is connected to your credit score and can help build your credit. The building stands for its own collateral, so you will not need to use anything else for collateral.
How it works:
There is a credit application to fill out (powered by Octane) and approval is based on your credit score and income information. Upon approval, you are then clear to purchase your building. Typically, you pay a 10% deposit at the time of order and the bank pays the balance directly to us. Shortly after we submit the order to the bank, you will receive the loan documents electronically. You can then sign these documents right on your smart phone or tablet.
Interest rates are based on your credit rating and currently start around 7.79% for those with good credit. You can set it up on 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, or 60 months terms. There is a approximately $145 in bank fees that are bundled in with the loan. You can also pay off early anytime with no penalty!
